Vibration analyses

Through the Emering measuring method it is possible to measure very quickly, and using just a few sensors. The method will not just reveal the Operational Shape of the machines while running, but also the time and frequency levels. Often used so-called Simultaneous Method requires as many acceleration sensors as there are points to be measured.

E.g. a press section may be measured by our method within one working day. The measuring does not require stopping the machine, and, actually, measurings should be carried out on running machines.

Analysis will reveal:

  1. The vibrations of the machine frame and rolls, the directions and the amplitude
  2. The condition of bearings
  3. The condition of drives and alignment
  4. The condition of gearwheels
  5. The rigidity of a machine bed
  6. Based on the analysis, we can produce an excellent animation, whereby, it is possible to view the vibrations and the directions in relation to each other at the different frequency levels.
  7. If needed, we can also carry out a simulation for an eventual production speed increase
